Our Cattle Thrive on Native Pastures

Our Angus Hereford Cross cattle are naturally suited to our native range. In summer, they graze on the high desert of McCartney Mountain and the lush pastures of the Highland Mountains, thriving in the environment they were bred for. During winter, they flourish on the river bottoms, nourished by native hay harvested directly from our fields.

Committed to Animal Health and Husbandry

The health and wellness of our animals are our top priorities. We are committed to proper cattle handling with minimal stress. Our cattle are raised naturally without hormones, feed additives, or unnecessary antibiotics. In critical situations, antibiotics are used only to save an animal's life.

All Natural, Dry-Aged Beef Delivered to Your Door

We offer both 100% grass-finished and custom grain-finished beef. For optimal flavor and tenderness, we use the age-old practice of dry-aging for 21 days. Enjoy premium beef from a trusted source, delivered right to your front door.
